This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o.).

3. Data collection on our website

Cookies

Our website only uses technically necessary cookies. These are small text files stored on your device that are required for the website to function properly. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

Storage is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional website). No consent is required for technically necessary cookies.

Server log files

The provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files. This includes:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

Contact form

If you contact us via the form, we will store your details (name, email, message). This data will be used exclusively for processing your request and will not be passed on without your consent.

CAPTCHA / protection against automated requests

To protect our contact form against spam, abuse, and automated requests, we use the self-hosted CAPTCHA solution Cap. The CAPTCHA service is operated by us and hosted on infrastructure provided by bunny.net.

In this context, technical connection and verification data may be processed, in particular IP address, timestamp, user agent, request metadata, and challenge/verification data to the extent required to provide and verify the CAPTCHA.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in protecting our website and communication channels against spam, abusive use, and automated attacks.

4. Web analytics

Umami (self-hosted)

This website uses Umami, an open-source, privacy-focused web analytics tool. Umami is self-hosted on infrastructure managed by us.

Umami does not use cookies and does not track users across websites. We use it to collect aggregated website usage metrics such as page views, referrers, device/browser information, and selected interaction events such as contact button clicks or successful contact form submissions.

The interaction events do not include contact form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message text. Session replay is not enabled.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in understanding website usage and improving the website in a privacy-friendly, aggregated form.

5. Storage period

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose or for as long as there are legal retention periods. After that, it is deleted.
